Home Stabilization Program

The Home Stabilization Program (HSP) focuses on a small subset of the homes requesting services to more intensely stabilize them, not just for the homeowner who currently lives there but for their family for future generations. Repair costs exceed $5,000 and on average are around $15,000.

Often these homes are in need of much larger repairs–a new roof, HVAC, larger plumbing issues, significant electrical repair or rewiring, etc. This program is limited based upon the funding available for stabilization. When possible, we coordinate with other organizations offering parts of home repair to layer our abilities in order to better serve the homeowner in the most complete way we can.
